The HT211 from HT Instruments is a TRMS digital multimeter built around a 3 ¾ digit, 4000-point LCD with backlight. It uses true-RMS conversion and provides automatic polarity indication, an "OL" overrange indication, and a low-battery indicator, sampling at 2 times per second.
A digital multimeter is a general-purpose bench and field instrument for measuring electrical quantities such as voltage, current, and resistance. The HT211 covers DC and AC TRMS voltage, DC and AC TRMS current, resistance and continuity, diode test, frequency, duty cycle, capacitance, and temperature with a Type K probe, consolidating these functions in a single handheld unit.
