ANHUI, CHINA: Our Milk Oolong tea is a Tie Guan Yin oolong tea from the Anhui region of China. Oolong production differs from the usual tea production, as the tea is only half-fermented from the outside in. Our Milk Oolong is a green oolong – half fermented and dried for a short amount of time only, with many similarities to the famous High Mountain tea.
