Demon Heavy Duty Axles are equipped with TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots that are stronger, stiffer, fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and heat resistant than standard OEM boots. At Demon Powersports, we design and test all of our Heavy Duty Axles with 1.5 inches of plunge travel and 40° of articulation on inboard joint terrain. The outboard joint moves 0.5 inch depending on the model and can swing from 45° - 47°. The axle uses molybdenum grease to achieve low friction and smooth movement.
