The ``Kiha 20 type diesel train'', which was active on local lines nationwide during the JNR era, has been commercialized as a 1/80 scale plastic kit series of PLUM, which is precise down to the floor.

The body is reproduced in a molding color that is inspired by the Tokyo metropolitan area color (Vermilion No. 5), which is familiar to the public. You can enjoy it as is or repaint it to your favorite color.

The window glass has a gimmick that allows you to choose between two open positions, perfect for non-air-conditioned local trains.

Under the floor, the DMH17 engine and other equipment are lined up in a row, and the trolley's swinging pillow and other mechanisms are precisely sculpted.

You can also choose from multiple headlights and snow plows, which vary depending on the region.

The mechanism that was popular with the Kominato Railway Kiha 200, which can be easily powered, has been adopted this time as well, resulting in a kit that can be thoroughly enjoyed from just one car.

Please enjoy it according to your preference, from the shortest one car to the long express operation reproduced by combining Kiha 20s and other types of JNR diesel cars!

In addition to this product, we recommend Tenshodo No. 05002 Coreless Power Truck 26P (φ10.5 plate wheel) and Nikko Model's DT22 center pin for wooden floorboards for running. Regarding the coupler, please use your favorite coupler available on the market.
