The chair is equipped with 2 lithium batteries, the left side battery is running when chair moved on the "electric" mode. The right side battery is for the backup use. Once left side battery is running out, please exchange the right side battery to the left side.

Please note: if you charge through the charge port of joystick, the left side battery will be charged. The right side battery box is just backup storage box, donot have electric connection in the right side. 

Both the Left & Right Side armrest can be lifted up for the user to get in & out of the chair. This is useful for some users who will find more convenient to get in & out of the chair by the sides. The joystick can be placed on the either left or right side of the armrest depends on your habits.
