The 9241 occupies the 60 V / 4 A / 120 W position in the family. It is the right choice when your application needs the higher 60 V output ceiling but does not require the 10 A current capacity of the 9242 — for example, charging or characterizing 36 V and 48 V nominal battery packs, biasing higher-voltage analog circuits, or driving devices that need voltage headroom more than current. The 9241 has the same 120 W power ceiling as the 9240, but trades current capacity for voltage range.

Choose the 9240 (32 V / 8 A / 120 W) when your applications stay below ~30 V and benefit from higher current — typical for general benchtop electronics work, 5 V/12 V/24 V rail testing, and low-voltage embedded systems. Choose the 9241 (60 V / 4 A / 120 W) when you need the 60 V output ceiling but your current demand stays under 4 A — common for 48 V telecom rails, smaller battery packs, and higher-voltage analog circuits.
