Paris, Tennessee fielded a club in the Kitty League beginning in 1922, joining a circuit of small towns across Kentucky, Illinois, and Tennessee. Class D ball was the foundation of organized baseball, where young players chased dreams in front of a few hundred loyal fans. Communities like Paris built their summers around those games.
Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
