Insect repellents and suntan lotions can reduce the life of fabrics, accelerate fading and stain fabrics. To avoid damage, wipe clean with mild laundry detergent and warm water. Do not use bleach or harsh detergents under any circumstances.
DO NOT USE STEAM. Acrylic fibers are made of 100% acrylic fiber and are thermoplastic or heat sensitive. When spot washing, use lukewarm water (under 100°F) and allow to air dry. Do not use solvents, carbon tetrachloride, scouring agents, bleach, janitorial cleansers, gasoline or brushes.
Vinyl Straps
Clean with mild laundry detergent and warm water. Strap contains an effective fungicide and UV stabilizers.
To remove scuff marks on vinyl straps, apply toothpaste or gentle abrasive to a clean, dry cloth and rub gently. To remove mildew, use a solution of warm water, mild laundry detergent and chlorine bleach (no more than 1/4 cup to three gallons of water). Never use a solvent-type solution.

Iron Frames
Clean with warm soapy water. Damage to the paint finish may cause corrosion; touch up with paint immediately. To maintain the gloss on non-textured finishes, protect with a fine automotive wax.
Woodard’s multi-step finishing process results in a stain-resistant finish. Severe stains may require light sanding and touch-up painting.
The finish on Woodard furniture is formulated and baked on to make it highly resistant to repellents and lotions. However, to avoid discoloration, clean metal parts of these products frequently.
Frame finish touch-up instructions: When covering small spots of surface rust, clean area by sanding lightly and wipe immediately to prevent rust. When preparing scratched areas for touch-up painting, rub lightly with fine steel wool to smooth the surface and improve paint adhesion. Woodard has been one of the industry leaders in classic outdoor patio furniture design, manufacturing and distributing. From modern outdoor to timeless classics, we remain committed to building quality products.
Made. Right. Here.
For over 150 years, Woodard products have been handcrafted and assembled right here in the USA. The pride, the labor and number of hands that touch each piece are rarely seen by the outside. From forming, welding, sanding, painting, finishing, sewing, quality control, careful packing and shipping, the men and women of Woodard’s factory floor handcraft each piece of iron and aluminum furniture. And they do it with the attention to detail and the rugged durability that our customers have come to expect. We did it that way then, and we do it that way now.
Timeless. Classic. Iconic.
Our products have been seen everywhere from The White House to The Smithsonian. And we focus on classic American style - from turn of the century to turn of the century.
Mastery
We’re experts in iron, aluminum, woven, and nexteak. And we know a thing or two about fabric as well.
Values
Woodard stands for custom, hand-crafted comfort that performs. And we’re pretty proud of that.
Original, Timeless Design
All original Woodard designs are based on classic American style. Whether it’s traditional, contemporary or transitional designs, we start with a sketch then we design it in CAD. Once the CAD is approved, we print a 3D scale version and after we painstakingly evaluate the print, we proceed with a full-scale wood model. Only then do we proceed with castings, molds or weaves.
Represented Everywhere
Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, we currently have over 35 trained and highly experienced sales reps both for residential and hospitality sales. Woodard is specified by designers and sold by fine dealers and showrooms nationwide. We have a permanent 14,000 sq. ft. showroom at the America’s Mart in Atlanta, Georgia.
