COREtec Plus Premium is 100% waterproof, so it can be installed in wet areas and will never swell when exposed to water. Additionally, COREtec Plus is inert and dimensionally stable, meaning that it will not expand or contract under normal conditions. These features make COREtec Plus a great alternative to glue down LVT, solid locking LVT, or laminate flooring. Further, COREtec Plus Premium never needs expansion strips in large rooms. Each COREtec Plus Premium plank features an attached cork underlayment that is naturally resistant to odor-causing mold and mildew.
