Appointments can be attended in person or remotely. Please note, people who require bespoke herbal medicine formulations must attend at least the first appointment in person.  This does not apply to ready made herbal remedies or supplements that can be purchased after either type of appointment.

Your recommendations may include a combination of bespoke herbal medicine or ready formulated herbal medicine, dietary support, supplement advice and lifestyle changes. Each plan is bespoke and patient-centred, meaning yours is designed according to your specific needs.

Follow up appointments can also be scheduled for ongoing support.
