Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Health Ranger Select Freeze-Dried Organic Red or Yellow Miso Powder
- ½ cup Health Ranger Select Freeze-Dried Organic Whole Corn
- ½ cup organic freeze-dried peas
- 2 cups filtered water
- Some organic scallions (chopped)
- 1 poached egg (optional)
Directions:
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add in the corn and peas. Let it boil for another 3 minutes until cooked.
- Add miso powder and stir well.
- Add poached egg, to taste.
- Sprinkle soup with scallion slices. Enjoy!
