      The non-dual view is the foundational view of Chinese medicine. Seedless Meditation allows us to see through the relative dimensions of a patient’s personality and pathology to their core as emptiness (ease) and luminosity (radiance). When people have “a hard time meditating,” it is either because their instruction has been poor, they have not understood it, or aren’t actually interested. For those who ARE interested, this lecture will clarify what meditation is and how to do it.
