Cutimed® Siltec® Sorbact®

The Cutimed® Siltec® Sorbact® is a bacteria binding foam dressing without active substances. The hydrophobic interaction and the coating with dialkyl carbamoyl chloride (DACC), serve to inactivate, bind and remove germs from the wound. The integrated super-absorbers make the Cutimed® Siltec® highly absorbent and ideal for moderately to highly absorbent wounds.

The foam dressing consists of an acetate mesh and a highly absorbent polyurethane foam. It also has a skin-friendly silicone adhesive edge, which ensures a secure hold and at the same time a painless and atraumatic removal.
