Produced with Italian Favini Crush ECO paper, launched from the creative upcycling of agricultural residue, replacing up to 15 percent of the virgin tree pulp. Crush includes by-products from citrus fruits, grapes, cherries, lavender, corn, olives, coffee, kiwifruit, hazelnuts, and almonds, saving these raw natural materials from landfill. Crush is produced with EKOenergy, is GMO-free, acid-free, Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF), Carbon black free and contains 40 percent post-consumer recycled waste, resulting in a 20 percent reduction in carbon footprint. Ecosmiles Notebooks feature Favini Crush ECO paper covers (Coffee, Kiwifruit, Cherry or Olive), Favini ECO coffee paper endpapers, and Favini ECO citrus paper 100gsm inner pages.
