Description

Raptor is an ultra-tough textured coating that provides maximum protection to vehicles and other surfaces. It can be applied using a Schutz gun, HVLP gun, roller or brush.

The formula creates a tough, water-resistant barrier that protects surfaces from impact, scratches, corrosion, chemical spillages, fuels, fresh and salt water and more.

Though commonly used in automotive restoration, Raptor is also highly suitable for use in the marine sector and on agricultural machinery.

Raptor coatings can be applied to original paint, aluminium, bare or galvanised metal, polyester fillings, most plastics, fiberglass, GRP, SMC, E-coat, concrete and wood. Some substrates require additional surface preparation before application - please see the Technical Data Sheet for support.

Raptor has passed flammability testing for motor vehicles according to the test methods FMVSS 302, ISO 3795 and BS AU 169A. And when used with Raptor Traction Anti-Slip Additive, product code UPL.RTLTR/SM it produces a finish meeting ASTM E303-93.

Mix 3:1 (15L of Raptor to 5L of Hardener) to make more than 20L of Raptor, covering approximately 60m²
