Our Bingley plan is a modern and contemporary twist on a British West Indies design. The floor plan has been slightly modified from our popular Valdivia and Brindisi home plans. A grand entrance is surrounded by a porte cochere to the left and trellis detailing over the garage on the right.

Inside the Bingley house plan, a foyer welcomes you to the hall and grand salon beyond. Throughout the entire home are intricate and stunning ceiling details. The foyer is flanked by a private study and an open, formal dining room. The large kitchen, with generous walk-in pantry, is open to the grand salon and a breakfast nook. Both rooms feature sliding glass doors that open to the loggia.

The left side of the Bingley is dedicated to the master suite. Before entering the master foyer though, a designated wine cellar can be found hidden behind the grand salon wall. The master retreat is truly that - an escape from the world. His and her closets and a morning kitchen separate the bedroom from the master bath. The master bath features the incredibly popular island tub with walk-around shower, as well as his and her vanities. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens wide to a covered gazebo with outdoor fireplace.

The right side of the Bingley home plan is dedicated to the guest rooms. Two guest suites have private bathrooms. The third shares the bathroom with the home’s cabana. The cabana can be used as an additional guest room, game room or home gym.
