Excel Flat Emulsion is a low odour, flat water-based acrylic paint. Readily available in several exciting colours and is the ideal choice for quick, affordable decorating of your home, business or surroundings. Easy to apply by brush or roller. It is suitable for interior and exterior concrete surfaces and for the interior wood, Gypsum board and ceilings.

Surface Preparation:

Surfaces should be clean and sound. Remove all mildew by washing with a solution of 125ml liquid bleach and 15ml non-ammoniated liquid detergent per litre of water. Any Flaking or chalking plaster work must have all loose particles removed by scraping or wirebrushing and treated with superseal premium bonding primer/sealer.
