The Omron HBP-1120 is a fully automatic blood pressure monitor for the upper arm that is great as a tabletop device in medical facilities, thanks to its shape. The measurement can either be done oscillometrically or auscultatorically and the results are very precise. Arrhythmias are automatically recognised and displayed when using the Omron HBP-1120, allowing additional diagnostics to follow.
