The HT63 is a CAT IV 60000-count true-RMS (TRMS) digital multimeter manufactured by HT Instruments (HT Italia SRL). It pairs a dual-resolution LCD — 3½-digit at 6000 counts and 4½-digit at 60000 counts — with a bargraph, backlight, automatic polarity indication, and an "OL" over-range indication, and applies TRMS conversion across its AC measurement functions.
