touchTymp MI 26

The Maico touchTymp MI 26 is a combination between an audiometer and a tympanometer, that can be used for middle ear analyses of adults and children. The 10.4" touchscreen display allows for an easy and intuitive operation and can be adjusted to individual examinations. Thanks to the multiple measurement protocols, the screenings and measurements can be performed without needing any preparation.

Optionally, you can order the touchTymp MI 26 with a bone conduction receiver to test bone conduction.

Race Car Function for Paediatric Examinations

The touchTymp MI 26 is available with a race car function to facilitate paediatric examinations. The animation shows a car race to occupy the child and help it remain quiet during the examination. As soon as the probe is placed, the measurement and the animation start. In case of a disruption of the measurement (e.g. movement of the head, incorrect placement of the ear piece), the animated race car stops due to a flat tire and the test has to be started anew.
