AFM Safecoat 3 in 1 Adhesive is a multi-purpose low odor, not toxic, formaldehyde free, waterbased mastic adhesive designed for adhering floor tiles made of ceramic, vinyl, parquet, and slate; for lightweight wall tiles, and for any carpet application where a typical carpet adhesive would be used.

If using 3 in 1 Adhesive over a concrete or wood substrate for the application of sheet flooring materials, it is recommended that one coat of AFM Safe Seal be used as a primer.

USE ON:

AFM Safecoat 3 in 1 is recommended for adhering floor tiles made of ceramic, vinyl, parquet, formica and slate; for lightweight wall tiles; and for any carpet application where a typical carpet adhesive would be used.

COVERAGE:

AFM Safecoat 3 in 1 Adhesive will cover 50-60 square feet per gallon with 1/8” notched trowel. 100-120 square feet per gallon with 1/16” notched trowel.

CLEAN UP:

Clean tools and equipment while they are still wet with a solution of SafeChoice Super Clean and warm water.
